Minecraft 1.8.9 client for PvP

What you get on 1.8.9

Version 1.8.9 has its own Fanatic build. Here is what's in it, and what only works on newer versions of Minecraft.

• HUD modules and the drag-and-drop HUD editor
• Cosmetics and emotes that other Fanatic players see
• Auto clicker you switch on and off, with CPS sliders for left and right click
• Freelook and toggle sprint
• Waypoints and pings, shared with friends
• 1.8 PvP: sword blocking and block-hitting (built into 1.8.9)
• Mojang friends list: friend markers and friend-only shares

• Zoom, chat tabs, the macro wheel and chat binds
• One-click Performance and Voice chat presets
• Several times the FPS with crowds of mobs and players
• Vulkan renderer, on by default

How to start playing on 1.8.9

• Download the installer for Windows 10 or 11 (64-bit) and go through the setup.
• Sign in to the launcher with your Microsoft account. You sign in on Microsoft's own page.
• Pick version 1.8.9 and start the game. The launcher sets up Legacy Fabric and Java by itself, and this version gets its own profile.

Bringing your settings from another client

If you already play 1.8.9 in another client, the launcher can import your controls, mouse sensitivity, video settings, server list and resource packs. Nothing changes in the other client.

Servers and their rules

Fanatic has no reach, aim assist or X-ray, and it tells servers that it's Fanatic Client. You switch the auto clicker on yourself, and many PvP servers ban tools like it, so check the server's rules before you play.

CentrumPVP (centrumpvp.pl) is pinned at the top of the server list in every Fanatic version, 1.8.9 included.
